Your ID image and face photograph are stored securely on our private backend dashboard, hosted on a dedicated server provided by Hetzner. Data is encrypted during transfer and at rest. These images are never sold, shared, leased, or disclosed to third parties. Access is restricted to authorized personnel who perform identity verification.
We retain the face photograph and ID image for up to 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Service providers may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
